I would just like to thank you and the team for all your help in puling off this deal.
 
When we first asked you to pull together the initial itinery, we must have come across, probably as many do, just another Brit dreaming of living in France. As with anything like this, out of 10 visit, 9 agents must come out unsuccessful so I would appreciate it that you pass on our thanks for their efforts and confirm we were serious and we have bought. It must be depressing sometimes so positive news must always be welcome.
 
Your agents have been fantastic and we can not thank them enough. This is a daunting mission and I (particularly) remain worried by the magnitude of the task ahead. Your team though, have allowed us time to mellow on the task ahead and have moved to assist and re-assure where necessary. Again, please pass on gratitude to them for their efforts.

We are now looking forward to the next stage and will be in touch as we move on down this path.

Congrats to Ian and Cecilia on finding the perfect property for sale in Brittany with Cle France, seems like there was a good team effort, we aim to please! We think it is only correct for our clients to see as many houses for sale in France as possible so they are happy with their final choice, we don't find it productive to show houses that are not suitable so by arranging viewings with Cle France you get to see houses that suit your needs rather than those that suit the agent to sell!
