 The notaire will require the following information and documentation when drafting the initial contract:

For all parties to be included on the deed:

-         full names/addresses

-         occupation

-         martial status

-         passports

You should take copies of the following with you:

                   -birth certificates

                   -marriage certificates

                   -divorce papers
